Summer Tumbling Schedule
July 6-Sept 4 2020
All classes include airtrak time, conditioning, flexibility training, and stations/drill work with spotting at the end.
Classes are kept small on purpose so that each athlete receives individual attention.
4-5 PM Level 3 Training (must have back-handspring)
4-5 PM Level 1 Training (no experience necessary)
5-6 PM Level 2 Training (must have all level 1 skills, click here to see a list!)
NEW! 6-7 PM Boys Tumbling (all ages, no experience necessary)
